My Holocaust research project was about the Lublin Ghetto Sealed, Minsk Ghetto Establish, and the Kishinev Ghetto Establish. First of all, the Lublin Ghetto period in 1930 when the Yeshiva Chachmel was accustomed. For the Minks Ghetto it started in 1926 where one third's of the city were Jews. For the Kishinev Ghetto, started in 1941 through 1944 and was about the establishment of ghetto in Chisinau and of the camps in Bessarabia.

The Yeshiva Chachmel, Yeshiva of the Wise Men in Lublin, was established in 1930. This became a world-famous rabbinical high school when it was established. The population was 122,000 people in 1939, with 42,830 Jews, just about one-third of the population. Lublin was an important part of the Jewish religion, culture, education and social life. On 25 October 1939 a check was passed out, 37,054 Jews lived in Lublin, but many younger Jews and following activists left the city, and tried to get to the part of Poland unavailable by the Russians.

One of the death camps they went to was the “Belzec Death Camp”, located in the southeastern part of the Lublin District. Think about this. What if you were there and this happened in front of you. There, SS Gruppenfuhrer (Globocnik) was waiting for the Jews . . . "This is one of the top secret matters there are, even the most secret. Anyone who talks will be shot immediately. Only yesterday two who talked were shot " Globocnik explained to them. " Vallentine Mitchell, Yitzhak Arad, Sir Martin Gilbert, N. Blumental, Joseph Poprzeczny, Dr. Max Freiherr Du Prel, S. Erichman, S. Goldberg, J. Kasperek, R. Kuwalek, W. Wysok, T. Radzik, and Mike Tregenza.

The Minsk ghetto is the largest ghetto in Europe. Minsk is the capital of the Belorussian SSR. The Jewish inhabitant of Minsk was 53,686 in 1926; by June 1941 the number had developed to 80,000, constituting one- third of the city’s population. Only a small fraction of the Jews managed to escape from the city in the six days between the German invasion of the Soviet Union and the conquest of Minsk on 28 June 1941.

About 100,000 people died over there in Minsk. Jews were the people who were most ruthlessly killed. All of the Jews tried to run away, or stayed in adjacent places. German parachutists who had been dropped east of the city intercepted thousands of Jews who were trying to flee and forced them to return. On July 8th, 1941, the Germans killed 100 Jews and thereafter the murder of Jews by the Germans singly or in groups, became a daily event. On 20 July 1941, an order was issued.
Sir Martin Gilbert, Ernst Klee, Willi Dressen, and Volker Riess

On July 18, 1941, the Romanian troops captured in their successful advance the capital of Bessarabia, which was consumed by fire, with its foundations shaking, dynamited by the retreating Red Army. Colonel D. Tudosie, Assistant Chief of the Major Staff of the Fourth Corps, is named Military Commander of Chisinau and its surroundings, which he reached on July 19 with a reduced staff of support and security. The city reflected in its totality the living tragedy. Smoldering ruins and scattered corpses of people and animals everywhere, robbing bands of tramps and ravens of disasters, deserters and armed elements, from the communist army, who ruled the peripheries, as well as a total paralysis of any living activity.

The Establishment of the Kishinev was done by notices to the homes of Jews in the city, after which they were transported by military patrols, by the police, or by themselves, to the Ghetto, where everyone was free to house himself according to his own ability. There were no instructions, however, on the allowable quantity of luggage, on the living conditions that waited them, or on means of support. Because of this fact, an evident confusion was observed in the concerns of the internees, and in particular, in their numerous returns to the city in order to satisfy their needs with objects taken from their previous homes. These returns, based on authorizations originating from the Military Commander of the Ghetto, continued until September bringing with them a procession of transactions and uses of valuables by the interned Jews who were already enlightened of their situation and the fate that was being prepared for them.

There was my project. The Lublin Ghetto Sealed, Minsk Ghetto Establish, and the Kishinev Ghetto Establish. The Lublin Ghetto time in 1930 when the Yeshiva Chachmel was usual. For the Minks Ghetto it on track in 1926 where one third's of the town was Jews. For the Kishinev Ghetto, ongoing in 1941 through 1944 and was about the establishment of ghetto in Chisinau and of the camps in Bessarabia.
